When a patient is already well enough to leave the hospital or healthcare facility, he or she may not be prepared to recuperate at home on their own. This is because certain health conditions would require a more complex procedure in terms of health care. Although some could be performed by family caregivers, most would need medical assistance from a professional to ensure that the procedure is done properly and correctly.
It is for this reason that we have professional nurses on duty at Epic Home Care Services who are trained in providing healthcare assistance to patients in need. Patients will receive nursing services from our Registered Nurses (RNs) or Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) who are working per physician’s orders.
As such, their healthcare plan will be customized according to their needs and healthcare requirements. The care plan will also be modified and improved as the patient progresses or recuperates from the current health condition.
